A gentle massage that consists of smooth, gliding strokes and light pressure to help you relax and promote a sense of wellbeing by calming the nervous system, improving blood circulation, and stimulating the lymphatic system which carries away waste products.

Therapists use smooth heated stones as an extension of their own hands. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and helps to warm up and loosen tight muscles. The stones are then placed along various points of the body to open up energy channels and promote circulation.

A massage for expectant mothers to reduce stress; alleviate aches and stiffness in the back, neck, hips and weight-bearing joints; and reduce leg cramping and/or swelling. Prenatal massage therapy will encourage blood circulation, release tension, and promote emotional wellbeing due to hormonal changes.

Detoxify while comfortably seated with feet immersed in a warm bath. Electrodes draw out toxins making the body's pH more alkaline. Feet are removed from bath, disinfected and cleaned with hot towels, followed by soothing foot reflexology that is performed to clear blockages, remove stress and improve circulation.
